These terms apply when you book a court or join a session through this booking page, powered by Playbook.

Who is involved

This booking page is operated by Playbook (play-book.co), a product of KBKF Co. Playbook provides the booking platform. Test Venue provides the venue and facilities. When you complete a booking, your agreement for court use or session participation is with Test Venue directly.

Bookings and payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos. Court bookings are charged per hour. Open Play sessions are charged per person. Prices are set by the venue and displayed before you confirm.

QR payments require manual confirmation from the venue. Your slot is reserved but not guaranteed until the venue confirms.

If this venue charges an entrance fee, it is collected at the venue on arrival and is not included in your online payment.

Cancellations and credits

Cancellation terms are set by the venue and displayed on this booking page. As a platform minimum, no refund or credit is available within 2 hours of your session start time. Approved cancellations are compensated as venue credits, redeemable only at Test Venue. No cash refunds are processed through the platform. For QR payment bookings, any offline refund is between you and the venue.

Open Play sessions

You may join a session as a confirmed player (paid) or join the waitlist (queued for the next opening). Confirmed players may release their slot up to 1 hour before the session via the "Can't Go" option, subject to the venue's policy.

Venue rules

By booking, you agree to follow the venue's posted house rules. The venue may refuse entry if rules are not followed, with no refund or credit.

Assumption of risk

Sports activities involve physical risk, including but not limited to strains, sprains, and other injuries. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and confirm you are fit to participate. Neither Test Venue nor Playbook is liable for injuries arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Limitation of liability

Playbook provides the booking technology and is not responsible for the venue's facilities, equipment, or on-site operations. Playbook's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For booking concerns, contact Test Venue directly. Unresolved disputes may be filed with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of this booking page after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
